Native daughter, local-girl, Alana Banner, born & raised in NM...bet you didn't know she's 1/4 Mexican - took over the business last year. This year, she made numerous much needed and required by NMED changes & repairs. Come on in to get the colorful story of why we were closed this year up until July 24th.
Along with her Mom & Dad, Busy McCarroll & Baird Banner, Alana's been working hard to keep EMBUDO STATION open! Now it's time to relax & enjoy our delicious food with your favorite menu dishes using local organic produce and beef designed by award winning Chef John Cox and prepared by our Chef, Jay Bost with fresh baked pies and pastries prepared by our Pastry Chef, Marcus Snead. Stop by and meet our fantastic and friendly staff!
We are a seasonal restaurant, we close for the winter, but there's still plenty of time to enjoy the magic of EMBUDO STATION!
We're sorry to say that we will not be serving beer & wine this season...we're applying for a small brewery & vineyard license for next season.
